​Club Year Kicks Off with Beneficiary Presentations

2023-24 New Dominion Women's Club Beneficiary Nominations Due September 30​

Each year, NDWC raises funds that are distributed to its selected beneficiaries at the conclusion of the club year. In addition, NDWC provides volunteer service and other assistance to beneficiaries.

In order to be considered, potential beneficiaries must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be nominated by a NDWC member in good standing.
  2. Meet NDWC objectives to promote, encourage, support, and cultivate the civic, cultural, educational, and/or environmental welfare of the community.
  3. Be locally based and serving the 22101 zip code.
  4. Hold 501(c)(3) status.

All nominees will be evaluated by a Beneficiary Committee on the following criteria:
  1. Supports the objectives of NDWC as noted above.
  2. Benefits the community within NDWC's geographic area of focus.
  3. Provides positive exposure to NDWC.
  4. Demonstrates impact of NDWC's support to the organization or project.

A letter of nomination from an NDWC member in good standing with supporting documentation that shows the organization meets the criteria above, and any optional material regarding the evaluation criteria must be submitted no later than September 30, 2023 to Debbie Witchey, VP for Resource Allocation.

Selections will be made by January 2024 and all nominees will be notified.
