The NDWC Board has voted to offer special support to SHARE this fall.
Please bring donations of food and household products to all of our monthly meetings
Items needed at this time are these, and any other non-perishable food items:
canned meats and tuna, canned fruit and juices, white sugar, flour, rice, pasta,
cereals, cooking oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, canned tomatoes, sauce and canned vegetables,
coffee, tea, laundry and dish soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bars of soap, toothpaste,
toothbrushes, toilet paper, paper towels, disposable diapers.
SHARE provides food and used clothing, emergency family assistance, used furniture,
transportation, holiday food and gifts and school supplies to more than 1,000 local
families in 2007. Most families are single mothers with children and adults with disabilities.

At members' request, the Fundraiser will continue to accept donations into 2009.
This will allow those members who had already fulfilled their charity giving in 2008
to contribute to NDWC in tax year 2009. No matter how large or how small--every donation
helps! As a reminder, NDWC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You will be
provided with an appropriate receipt to use for tax purposes. Since members who donate
will be recognized by name, please let us know if you wish your donation to remain anonymous.
